Next.js at the center, Cloudflare Workers and queues for the edge and background work, and the unglamorous 40% that usually stalls a product: jobs, admin, edge cases.
I operate, not just ship
Analytics, structured logs, exception tracking, SEO and GEO measurement, and tests on the paths that break money or data. A product is a business, not a codebase.
